NOVEMBER SPEAKER & TOPIC: Allie Rumpanos - Paper Efficiencies with Fujitsu ScanSnap
Please join us for a discussion of best practices on scanning. Allie Rumpanos from Fujitsu (makers of ScanSnap) will be our speaker this evening. Her presentation will consist of a full demonstration of ScanSnap, the associated Quick Menu options and how ScanSnap can be used with DropBox, Evernote, SugarSync and other applications. In addition, we will discuss organizational techniques, cloud applications, and document storage practices.
MEETING ROOM LOCATION:
We will be meeting at Google, in the Asilomar Room in Building 1900. If you have not been there before, please allow for some extra time to find the room. Our svmug sign (sandwich-style board) will be placed near the entrance. If you see the sign, you are in the right place. Come into the lobby and sign in and pick up your badge.
